Cosmetic Dentistry provides a variety of treatments and procedures from which a patient may choose. Depending on the person’s dental treatment and enhancement needs, each is distinct from the other.

Bite Reclamation is beneficial for people who have a compacted or closed smile or face. This is due to a change in vertical dimension caused by excessive abrasion on their teeth as a result of grinding pressure or acid reflux. This procedure restores vertical dimension to a patient’s bite. This treatment can also remove unnecessary wrinkles, which can save you money on plastic surgery.

Those with a “gummy face” should consider cosmetic gum surgery. Patients that have more gums visible when they smile will use this treatment to change that. Cosmetic gum surgery corrects receding gums and slows the progression of gum recession.

Dental Bonding is useful for improving the colour of a tooth or a collection of teeth, reshaping teeth, repairing decayed teeth, filling gaps between teeth, and/or repairing chipped or broken teeth. A part of a tooth’s root that has been exposed due to receding gums may also be secured with this technique.

Dental crowns are tooth-shaped caps that are used to cover a tooth. This can be used to keep a weak tooth from fracturing, hold parts of a fractured tooth together, repair a broken tooth, and secure a dental bridge. Dentures, dental implants, and discoloured teeth may all be covered by dental crowns.
