the 80’s and 90’s were definately the best years in hop hop. There’s been some dope stuff since then but nothing on the scale of what we were served with during that 20 year period. All said and done, there is still dope hip hop being released…. This J electronica track is the best of both worlds…. !
Nas’s “Illmatic” was undoubtedly one of the BEST hip hop albums released… some of the follow ups didnt quite rate… nevertheless, hes still one of the dopest MC’s in the game. Here’s a pretty cool doco on the nasty Queensbridge king !
